"Ithaca -- A request to resurrect the hibernating Occupy Ithaca
protest on a piece of city-owned land received tentative approval Monday
from the Board of Public Works, who indicated their support with the
raised hands and wiggling fingers used by the international Occupy
movement to form consensus.
